Can meditation make you more resilient?

In my opinion...

yes.

How?

Well...

meditation, when practised consistently and daily, helps you become more compassionate, understanding and less reactive to external situations and influence.

What does that mean for you?

It means that you'll be less affected by things going on around you.

You'll be more in control of your 'inner world'...

meaning a higher sense of inner-peace and serenity...

and a more resilient mind.

I know this from personal experience and from the witnessed experience of others.

When you have a daily meditation practice in place...

something magical seems to happen...

and you become a better human being.

Kinder.

Less reactive.

More content.

Happier.

More resilient...

physically and mentally.
